Riddel’s Warehouse is a four-storey, mid-19th century ironmongery warehouse located on Ann Street in central Belfast. Designed by Thomas Jackson and constructed in 1867 for John Riddel & Co, the building is noted for a glazed atrium with five storeys of galleries supported on cast-iron columns and heavy timber members. The property is Grade B (B+/B1) listed and sits within a city-centre context of historic commercial buildings adjacent to the docks and to modern redevelopment sites.

38 Boucher Road is a prominent retail warehouse, currently divided into 5 retail units. Originally constructed in the 1980s, it underwent significant expansion and re-cladding in 1998 to accommodate B&Q, a major high-street DIY retailer. This transformation included a single-storey garden centre with an open covered structure at the northern end of the site. B&Q initially operated on the site from the early 1990s with warehouse/ depot use.
