Fountain House, located at 17-21 Donegall Place in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is a notable five-storey building extending along Fountain Lane to 18-26 Fountain Street. Designed by the architectural firm Young & Mackenzie, it was constructed between 1935 and 1937 to accommodate two ground-floor retail units with offices above. The building was originally named Moore House, as it occupied the former site of James Moore Ltd, a company specialising in stationery manufacturing, including account books, lithography, type printing, and engraving. It was later renamed Fountain House. ​

40 - 50 Townsend Street is bounded by Dayton Street, Greenland Street, and buildings at Cargill Street. Before construction began, the site had been cleared and was vacant, covering an area of approximately 0.42 acres. It was formerly occupied by industrial buildings that have since been demolished.

Thompsons Garage, located at 3 Pattersons Place, Belfast, opened its doors in 1994. As the city's first purpose-built club dedicated to promoting various genres of dance music, Thompsons Garage has become an iconic venue in Belfast's nightlife scene. Plans are now underway to extend the club into 51-53 Upper Arthur Street.
