Callender House is a four-storey office building located at 58-60 Upper Arthur Street in Belfast City Centre. Originally completed in 1991 as a three-storey health club, the building was later expanded with a fourth floor and converted to its current mixed-use configuration. Grade B2 Listed Buildings: No. 14, 16, and 20 May Street.
Grade B1 Listed Buildings: No. 18 May Street and No. 37 Montgomery Street.
Extension Approval (1999): This approval (Z/1999/2677) allowed for an additional floor to be added to the existing office building. The extension was granted on January 18, 2000.
Change of Use Approval (1995): This approval (Z/1995/2309) authorided the change of use from a three-storey health club to shops and offices, including alterations. This decision was made on September 14, 1995.
In July 2024, Renesa MVG submitted two planning applications:
LA04/2024/1322/F: Change of use from offices to 18 short‑term serviced apartments, involving internal modifications and external façade alterations.
LA04/2024/1323/DCA: Associated demolition consent for internal and select external elements necessary to facilitate the new layout.
These applications were approved in April 2025.

Spearheaded by Belfast City Council, and part-funded through the Belfast Region City Deal, the development is scheduled to be completed by 2030 and will transform a key urban site on Royal Avenue and North Street into a multi-purpose cultural and tourism destination. This development represents a critical urban regeneration initiative and is located on a historically significant portion of the city that has experienced substantial physical and social decline over recent decades.

East Belfast Constitutional Club

East Belfast Constitutional Club, also known as the Con Club, is situated at a prominent location on the Newtownards Road, near the junction with Templemore Avenue, serving as a key nodal point at the entrance to East Belfast. The existing three-storey building has historically functioned as a social club and bar. It has hosted significant gatherings, including a notable meeting in October 2019 where loyalists discussed the Brexit agreement between the UK and the EU .

EastSide Hotel

The site is located within the Lower Newtownards Road area of East Belfast. It is currently partially landscaped with both hardstanding and a grassed area.The remainder of the site currently houses a Sustrans office constructed from an old shipping container. The site is also home to Freight Belfast - a restaurant opened by brothers Gerard and Christy McQuillan in 2018 - which is also housed in an old shipping container.
