The site has been put up for sale seeking offers over £500,000 and is being marketed as a Redevelopment Opportunity by McKibbin Commercial Property Consultants.

In April 1987, a planning application was submitted (Z/1987/0878) which sought alterations and conversion of ground floor snooker room to lounge and addition of first floor to provide snooker room and lounge facilities. This application was later withdrawn in October 1987.

In November 1987, a new planning application was submitted (Z/1987/2227) proposing alteration and extension of ground floor lounge and provision of first floor club room. This application was approved in January 1988.
