Olympic House is an under construction office project located within Titanic Quarter. The project is a co-development between Belfast Harbour and Titantic Quarter Ltd, it could eventually house 1,500 jobs and provide 150,000 sq ft ‘grade A’ office development when completed.

In August 2013, Titanic Quarter Ltd submitted a planning application (Z/2013/0931/F) seeking to develop a high specification office building (of 6 and 7 storeys) comprising 2,970 sq m of class B1(a) office use and 14,642 sq m of B1 (C) research and development, basement car parking, landscaping, access and associated site works. The application was approved in July 2014. Construction work commenced on the site in 2020.
