About Shore Road Apartments

Shore Road Apartments is a vacant site located by the M1 motorway slipway, Shore Road and on lands adjacent to 308 Shore Road, a Victorian terrace. The development site is located on a piece of leftover ground between two roads.

In October 2011, Andrew McShane submitted a planning application (Z/2011/1279/F) proposing the erection of a three storey residential building comprising of three apartments. This application was approved in March 2012.

In March 2017, M Doyle Contracts Ltd submitted a planning application (LA04/2017/0721/F) proposing the erection of 4 storey building comprising 5 no. 2 bed apartments with enclosed ground floor car parking & associated works. This application was approved in June 2017.

In August 2022, M Doyle Contracts Ltd submitted a planning application (LA04/2022/1613/F) proposing the erection of a four storey building comprising 5 no. two bed apartments with enclosed ground floor car-parking and associated siteworks. This application was withdrawn.
