About Park House Healthworks

Park House is a 3-storey office building fronting onto Great Victoria Street and extends to 4 storeys towards the rear of the building. The existing site has a footprint of approximately 733sqm and comprises a total Gross External Floorspace of 3085 sqm.

Prior to the erection of Park House, the site accommodated a former listed building (Ref. HB26/29026). The site was previously a Victorian row of houses known as Balmoral Terrace and was home of Ciro’s Trattoria restaurant. The previous site was cleared in 1990 with the construction of Park House completed in 1990.

In Ferbruary 2024, Millar Estates (Park House) N.I. Limited submitted a planning application (LA04/2024/0358/F) proposing change of use from office use to provide a Health Care Hub, external alterations to the façade of the property and other ancillary site works. This proposal is known as Healthworks and is conceived as an “inner city” walk-in primary care centre that will be suited towards pharmacy and diagnostic lab partners, GP, dental and optician practitioners and wellness and fitness operators.
