Queens Street Apartments is an eight storey residential building that comprises of 92 no. apartments (ranging from 1 - 3 bedroms) with basement and ground floor car-parking and is located on the corner of Queens Square and Victoria Street.

In September 1998, a planning application was submitted (Z/1998/2781) proposing a residential development comprising 68 no. 2 bedroom apartments, 22 no. 1 bedroom apartments and 2 no. 3 bedroom apartments with associated underground parking. This application was approved. The site was developed between 2000 - 2002.

In July 2022, Queen's Square Management Company submitted a planning application (LA04/2022/1587/F) proposing the removal of combustible cladding materials and replacement with non-combustible replacement materials to facades on Victoria Street, Queen's Square, and Prince's Street. This application aims to improve the fire safety of the building and the safety of the building's occupants. This application was approved in November 2022.
